STEEL WIRES FOR THE MATTRESS INDUSTRY The steel wires we provide for furniture and mattress manufacturers are manufactured in conformity to ISO 9001, TS 2500-1 and EN 10270-1 standards. The development of our country and technology are always the basis for our production. Total quality administration helps raise the bar on quality at every stage of manufacturing and prioritize customer satisfaction. The raw wires used in the production of steel wires are supplied by Europe’s respected industries and always comply to high quality standards for raw materials. Customer demands are taken into account especially for the selection of steel wires. Chemical compounds and other technical details for the production of mattress springs so that production is carried out with chemicals that provide maximum endurance against corrosion.

POCKET SPRING FRAME We’ve added pocket spring frame to our product range in order to meet the changing mattress trends of the world. 1000 units of pocket spring frames are produce per day and they can be manufactured to customer demands for size and dimension. Frames can be manufactured with wire ranging in diameter from 1.10 mm to 2.00 mm and with up to 90 different zones upon customer demand. Production of spring heights ranging from 10cm to 18cm is possible and the top can be supported with frame wire upon customer demand. The spring frames can be packed in groups of  5 or 10 in paper rolls, or may be packed in groups of 4 upon customer demand.

BONNEL SPRING UNITS The bonnel spring frames mainly used in mattress and sofabed production are supplied by plants at a 20.000 piece per day capacity. We are able to manufacture to varying specifications with wire diameter ranging from 2.00-2.10-2.20-2.30-2.38 mm and spring diameters varying from 72-86-91-96 mm and upon demand. We provide springs joined by helical wires. These products are presented with high quality and high capacity. And are packaged in paper roll packs of 10 or 4 and shipped out on pallets upon demand.

MACHINERY We also supply equipments used in mattress production: wire forming and textile machine manufacturing as: computerized multineedle quilting, quilted panel cutting, tape edge, mattress border, bonnel coil assembly, bonnel coiling, mattress packing, roll fabric cutting, pillow press, wrapping and gluing machines…
