TDI MONTBELLE
T8020
Montbelle T8020 isocyanate is composed
of a mixture of the 2,4 and 2,6 isomers
of Toluene Diisocyanate in a ratio of
80% to 20%. TDI is the common name of
Toluene Diisocyanate.
Applications :
TDI is an important industrial intermediate
used in combination with polyether and
polyester polyols as co-reactants in
the manufacture of polyurethane foams,
paints, varnishes, elastomers and coatings.
Ninety percent of the total TDI supply
is used to produce flexible polyurethane
foams for furniture, bedding and automotive
applications, while polyurethane coatings
represent TDI’s second largest
market.
